Cannot add pictures

I don’t know what any of the buttons do, u can’t figure out how to do certain functions because there’s no type of tutorial.

I only use the app for displaying sheet music and I’m happy it has the following features!: 1. Option to display 2 pages side by side (facing & cover facing) 2. Tabs to easily access multiple documents 3. Bookmarks (I use to jump to table of contents) 4. Hyperlinks all work well and jump quickly BUT I hope the search feature can be fixed Right now, I can search once (in my case a song name or #) and it displays, but after the first search, the other controls all disappear and I can’t go back or use the app at all anymore. I have to quit the app to use it again. Thank you app developers for the design and features! Please help restore the search function.

This app was ok I tried the trial and canceled it. They have been trying to charge me since then. Stop trying to bill me for something that I canceled.

I like Xodo but can we get the feature to copy pages without inline? I just need to copy the pages to keep some info and edit others, not for them to include the same edits.

I had high hopes for Xodo based on its simple UI design and the fact that its app size is about 50% smaller than Foxit. Unfortunately, within ten minutes of use, I encountered black squares issues twice when trying to highlight text on the pdf. Even after completely closing and reopening the app, the issue persisted. It’s frustrating to deal with such a basic functionality issue. Disappointed, as I was hoping for a more reliable alternative.

Always crashing, losing progress with no save option. I’ve even subscribed, thinking that might help. Same outcome. Does not matter.

STOP UPDATING THE APP! Anytime yall push out an update it just gets worse and worse! Just give up at this point yall clearly can’t figure out how to run an app! It was somewhat usable a few months ago now if you click on anything it deletes the whole PDF! What an absolute joke of an app

I have had the app for 2 years. It’s SO GLITCHY. Takes a while to load on a iPad M2 processor. You will lose work when typing and have to start all over again. Such a head ache “free app”. Don’t do it.

I liked this app until I experienced a really annoying bug which is when I change some tabs or between apps my recent annotations suddenly disappears. I hope that in future updates this matters will resolve.

My docs are right there in the list but nothing will open. It has been several months now and docs still won’t open. I see it in the list but when I click on it nothing ever happens. If I search for it in Xodo it says there are no documents, even though it’s right there in the list of Xodo documents.

As I’m doing work on this app, all 4 of my worksheets just disappeared. App has nothing stored in there, literally the only app on my phone that isn’t responding. Real important work just non existent anymore. Thanks to Xodo.

App crashed and I lost all my files Arne notes. Can’t find them anywhere scan though they were supposedly back up in the cloud. Up until now I thought the app was great. 😔

I clicked “start free trial” then was given only two options for something like $11 per month or $44 for 6 months. As it’s supposed to be a free trial I just clicked continue and would cancel before the trial ended. Turns me out I was charged immediately rather at the end of the “free trial”. Very misleading and deceptive

This app decided to follow other apps and do the annual subscriptions now. 0 Star now.

I am addicted! I scan random things all day because it’s so fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was used well, but it was forcibly terminated in the middle of use. It's too frequent that all of them are not saved.

Worked with a pdf file for two hours linking the table of contents and highlighting. Just getting ready to dig in and study the material and out of nowhere the app erases all my inputs. I tried to recover the file and in the process closed out the app and opened it again. Now it can’t recognize any pdf files on my iPad! None of them. I don’t have time to deal with unreliable products. Xodo fix your sh t. I’m cancelling the subscription and moving on.

The many features in this app make it generally more useful than other PDF apps for frequent, regular usage. I definitely recommend it as a superior “PDF” app. Thanks XODO.

This very handy app but it freezes and the only way to fix it is to delete the app

Used Xodo for years to (in the most basic ways) annotate PDFs. Can’t anymore without paying. Ridiculous. Uninstalled. 👎🏻BYE FELICIA

Dear Xodo team, There is an annotation tools named “freehand highlight” . It will be very beneficial if this tools updated to free highlighter is automatically turned into “straight line when appropriate” like the android version. Please consider the change.

Their View Layers option is no longer free. In order to access the ONE thing I use, I’ll need to subscribe. $12 per month just to view and read my PDF files for school. I’m sick of the App Store and its developers forcing subscription services down our throat just so they won’t have to pay Apple that high percentage of sales anymore. Ridiculous and No thanks.

This app works until it doesn't … keeps deleting my edits as soon as i exit i reopen the file and all documentation is gone

The app is great, but it comes with some glitches for iOs and Windows. Please fix this problem.

I annotate. Then it gives me error. My annotations get erased. I’ll be sticking with PDF Expert

I subscribed as a Pro user. But I still cannot access the PDF files that I uploaded to the Xodo drive from other devices. Not even see the Xodo drive on the iOS version.

App was absolutely perfect before they did the update. Trash 🚮

App was working. Now an update has changed things in major ways. I can’t use this app anymore. Why can’t people just leave things alone. It’s Frustrating. Change for the sake of change is STUPID.

I have been using this app for almost a decade. It has never failed me. It works with PDFs and Word documents. I recommend it to everyone who needs to view and use document files on a tablet or smart phone.

I was using a free version for quite a bit. However recently it started acting weird, so I decided to update. Now it is only subscription version, $9 per month! Just does not worth it, GoodNotes are $10 one time. The app is going to trash

Easy and intuitive. Works seamlessly on all my devices and OSs. I really like it.

I really like xodo but the fact that there’s no automatic shape detection like drawing something and holding my Apple Pencil to straighten it is a bit of down side , I really hope there are some plans about incorporating this feature in the near updates

I utilize Xodo to view pdf patterns on my projector to cut the pattern pieces I need. I love that I have the ability to choose which layers (sizes) are visible, making the cutting easier. The only thing I would ask is for Xodo to plllleeeeeeeease allow users to zoom with a percentage. It would be so much easier knowing I can calibrate my sewing patterns once, make a note of what the percentage is to get the 1”x1” square perfect, and simply input the percentage when I need to use the pattern in the future, versus having to pinch and pull each and every time. I don’t think that’s a big ask for an app I’m paying a subscription for.

The app keeps freezing and losing my progress. Very frustrating. I’m trying to complete forms and the app won’t allow me to input anything. When it happens, I close and reopen the app, and everything I typed into the form is gone.

The mighty and long using xodo have died after the version 7.0.0.

literally made me fail my midterm. so many lack of quality of life utility. constantly deletes the work and edits i make with no ability to backup onto a cloud service like google drive or anywhere accessible. im really tired of the constant bugs and inability to have a decent workflow with the constant interrupting notifications of file saving issues and deletion of my own work. this app has potential but until a dev or someone actually puts in effort to make this usable its a pass for me dawg

For some reason I can’t save any settings (like enable or disable tabs, etc.). I tried reinstalling and didn’t help. I don’t have this issue on android. Edit: the issue is still there on new version (7.5.1)

It's an amazing app but lately there has been a lot of glitches, crushes and it would delete everything i write which is annoying during lectures sad to say i removed the app because of that.

This app is great, and it combines every feature you'd possibly need while using PDF files, but there are some glitches and bugs that are really annoying, especially the one which the app can't hold its PDF file while moving between other apps, and it takes a couple of seconds to reload the PDF where you left it, even if you've just been in the app.

I haven't found a better PDF app than Xodo for reading or reflow on a phone's smaller screen, and for the amount of reading I want do it was well worth the high cost. The highlights and facility for note-taking is a bit broken in that I have to fall out of the reflow to put one in, but I can understand the challenges in dealing with that use-case. ... It's a bit irritating, however, to not use the native iCloud Drive for syncing between other devices in favor of funding their own, less useful solution. It means I can't build a workflow between it and my other notebook apps.
